Bánh mì 125:-

The classic vietnamese baguette, filled with meat or vegan option, cucumber, pickled vegetables, fresh coriander and our home-made sauce, garnished with sesame seed. Choose among the below options:
Grilled pork tenderloin
Grilled chicken breast
Fried tofu (VEGAN)

Phở 145:-

Our national noodle soup, we cook the broth from scratch, twelve hour long simmering marrowbone for Phở bò broth or tree hours whole chicken for Phở gà broth, freshness of ginger, coriander, mint and spring onion

Phở bò: served with beef tenderloin, in nourishing beef marrow bones' broth
Phở gà: served with steamed corn-fed chicken in nourishing chicken bone broth

Gỏi cuốn 145:-

Fresh summer roll with grilled prawn or fried tofu (VEGAN), pickled vegetables, mango, pineapple, fresh coriander and mint

Bún trộn 139:-

Rice noodle salad dish with meat or VEGAN option, pickled vegetables, fresh coriander and mint, served with fish sauce (homemade soya sauce for vegan option), garnished with peanut, roasted onion and sesame seed

Classic touch from Hanoi

Homemade pickled garlic vinegar and hanoian habanero chili sauce. They are on every tables of Phở restaurants in Hanoi.
The chili sauce is strong one, great to all dishes.
